It's normal!!! Just think that you are a freshman, and just came to work for a month.Who can trust? How do you know about sofa? What style do customers like in EU? USA? Japan? etc.To tell you the truth,I did sofa before, while I worked in another new factory, I can noly have my first orders 3 months later even that I was not a green hand. Therefore,I suggest you to take the opportunity to learn more about the sofa,about the leather or fabric depends on you. And about the whole producing line, the craftsmanship etc. Besides, you'd search some foreign web to learn what style is for your target customers'tastes. Well, one more important thing is that cause of the feture of sofa,many factorys do not place their products directly on the web. The only channel is to attend the exhibition. So you have to preparing for it.Even you have few feedback now,your customers know you well, they will come to vist you at the fair. What you need to do is to contact them often,to  introduce them your new styles. Be patient, you'll make it.

8a&g&O;L7X'T'I4K3]/lbusiness forum,trade forum,business opportunity,Business China,Business India,Brazil businessthank you so much for your detailed suggestion.i will remember it! our company mainly produce leather sofa, but in my oppnion, the whole style is not so suitable to the overseas market!It is too large and not so contempoary! in this month, we will have a fair in shenzhen, an d i sent invitation letter to the customer which we exsited . i don.t know whether they will come or not. the only thing i can do is try my best to contact with them, nobody give me a feedback , it made me nearly lose my heart! and sometimes i was even wondering whether this is my right choice to do as a salesman! yeaterday when i sat in our workshop and help the worker do some job, like cutting leather, i think a question, why i go to study in unversity, what is the aim to me when i graduated from my university!

maybe you didn't understand my real situation, i am the only person in my department. and some workmates really unbearable! i really don't understant how hyprocritical can a person to be!

For freshman, to get real order, 3~6 months is common, 1 year is acceptable
