You know no any advertise for our sales, we just find customer by ourselves, customer is very value for us, because of his finance problem, customer feel we don't have good credit, nearly every sales all have experience to lost customer. Here are just some suggestion for u,

For this suggettion, I donot know the detail how to deal with abuse of labor law, maybe u can ask lawyer for help. Knowing the detail and get back what belongs to u.
