yeah...many people have free ALI accounts, they could promote their products free there.....i think the secret is you could try to register the ID number under the name of the foreign companies, but the premise is that all the information you supplied is correct & the IP address should not be in China.

i have used the free accounts of alibaba for six months,yes,it can bring a lot of possibilities of business.
