OUR BANK,NEW YORK BANK,SHANGHAI BRANCH SEND OUR ORIGIANL DOCS TO INDIA BANK,MUMBAI COOPERATION BRANCH,First,india send us,that customer are willing accetped the docs and make payment before january 5,2008.then very soon,received news of loose docs,then we according to their suggestion,send copy of docs.then if no pay,then we askek back the orgianl docs or give us cert of loose from bank,so that we can sale to other's.

I am sorry for i haven't met this kind of problem before,but in my opinion,the main problem is from your customer,i think you should negotiate with them,good luck to you

I am also sorry i haven't met such kind of thing , i think u still must be patient to contact the bank , more patient , the foreigners and such kind of department are always very difficult to negiotiate , so if you can call their manager ... anyway ..be patient ,
