The firet time to have dinner with Gemany client--a kind old man. He has been to China several times, but he told me that he havn't understood where came from so many dishes, one by one. At the moment, I didn't know how to answer him. My clever manager answer immediately"it's Chinese eating culture" So wonderful answer, friendly and  liberaly. Meanwhile, the Germany asked so many names of dishes, but most of them, we couldn't answer: only two words we used: vegetable and meat.
