Regarding the sample sending , i have some poor ideas to say here.
as you known, China has many supplier in the same industry, sb will supply the sample with free charge who will catch the business opportunity, in this case , we will make an investigation for the customer, just as the building year , main market, and his cooperator.....if he is the ture one interested in our prodcuts we will send the sample free charge but the freight will collect....... i hope my customer will place me the order soon

I don't think your client is discriminating to us(Chinese)

I experienced lots of fellowmen, they are very defending and sensitive especially when deal with foreigners...I personally think that it's not necessary. People won't change their thoughts/attitude just because you are angry with their words. Calm down, and consider the thing as it stands, then they will know every body should treat each other equal and on same level including Chinese!
