good idea, we do it like so. But what about the cost for delivery? For example, we also buy materials from others, they supply us samples for free but the cost of delivery should be afford by us. If it is in same country, no problem. But if it is from abroad, my boss often donot accept, I donot know why, maybe all the bossed have thire own fresh mind, and their minds are all best.

you should consider the quantity,periods about the project,usually,as our company's policy,mould charge,mock up sample charge and so on,all will be paid by clients.

in my recken, it is not only depends on the price of the now model, but also the market of this new product, if it would have a wide market in the future, or in other country,  why not catch this opportunity to explore new market?
