A polish businessman asked me to supply him a kind of products ,which can be done in my factory. after i checked with my boss for the case. i knew we factory must be added a new model to produce this item. so my boss want to go halves with the polish in the new model charge.

If the product is cheap,also you think this customer will order for sure once your product is ok,then provide him for free charge,sometimes we Chinese should be more generous,especially for those bosses

Another situation here. If you make sure the customer will definitely place an order to your company, and want to show your generous to them, you can just evenly put the model opening cost to every products.
