yeah, it is usual for the customers from India and Pakistan, I really dont like to trade with them but the market in the two places are very enormous.

loss a customer is an usual thing to happened,so please don't depression,cheer up ,restart to find a new client!

Dont put all your passion to Indian client, they are always cut price half of it!

It is really pity that we always find differences on payment with our customers

As my opinion, Indian client does not have good credibility. I donot like to deal with them.

I met such customer as the payment term . He required T/T 30 days , but we only accept TT 30% deposit, total balance 70% against before shipment.  what a pity ![A Professional Business Forum]9q:} [7p0B3e9q

yeah,Indians are hard to deal with. They like discount. After discount, he will pay by his method, but also not agree with t/t. Very complicated and poor Indians

support 13#,more ways mean more opportunities to success. Meantime, risk always lives with opportunity,what we should do is trying to make every thing under control and go ahead.

as you said, u have good quality and reasonable price, so i don't think you should care about this.

Maybe it is just a excuse of them,you can communicate to them and find the real problem.

Firstly, I have to say it is only my own point of view that the Indian clients have less credit,so I usually stick my own way of business, even if i lose the chance to set up business relationship.Let me share my experience which i dealed with one of the Indian client:
7g1e'I0}7kFOB Business ForumHe ordered 1x20ft goods from our company,with 100%TT after received the copy of B/L,when we finshied the goods, when the insepection date,he lose in my sight,e-mail didn't reply,call didn't not answer,how terrible you imagine,the goods is still in our warehouse.So,we will ask at least 30% as deposite for Indian clients,in fact, i didn't take pretty much care for the inquiry from indian clients,I know i should never did as this way, but I am really afraid that i may bite again..

It  does not  matter you  can  find  new  Customers

anything can be negociatable between you and client. If something details didnot reach agree,donot lose heart, continue to restart new one.
