I hope we can contact with oversees customer by MSN and skype more and more, I like this communication way, but our leader forbidden us to use them because he think we would chat with e-fried. A pity!

I tried to contact the customer in Yahoo chatting room but it's invalid ~ too many people are not for business just for chatting !

I think everyone should find the best way for him to contact with the foreign customers,if you are good at oral foreign language you can talk with the customers dierectly,if you good at writting foreign language you had better write email to contact with him.If you are not good at speaking english but you have a talk with the customer on line,that is not a good choice for you , your customers too.

Generally I communicate with my clients by e-mail.I think this is a good way.

maybe skype is a good choice.

I call our customers almost everyday.Most time i was speaking to the operator.Because the people I want to speak to is not in the office. So the telephone fee is expensive.Yesterdy i call my english potential customer by mobile phone.It costs me 12 RMB about 6 mins.

why not use MSN online chat? if you need to take with your client on skype, maybe it means that both you are online, so chating is available and also easy understanding, why need voice chatting?

in fact, i use skype chatting with my client online, but not voice chatting, if urgent, we made a call, even it's expensive, ha ha, call is rare, or our boss will fire me if i made international call for free chatting. ha ha
