Now I'm dealing with my first customer from the US. To be a good merchandiser, you should have a encyclopedical knowledge. I keep the things as follows important in mind: 1) Learn either the professional knowledge or the others as possible as you can. 2) Have a good group of friends who would like to help you. 3) Try to keep your mind clear before or when communicate with the customer, and make the communication goes along as in your mind. 4) Make sure to carry out your promise.   '?-~:R/T&J/Q:J(j
