and today i will tell u my story to express my feeling now!the thing is that: last monday i received a booking(it need be loaded 24MT) from my new customer! i should have a confirmation to get a shipping space from MSK! but it is told that there is no space till last thursday because the cargo is too weight and MSK is allowed in 23MT.!and my customer must  send her goods before april 15.what i should do now !the time is very short to us! if the story is the end ,i will regret my customer.i will say sorry to her !my feeling is regret to my customer!but it is continued! all that is aim to send her goods in time! so i give her   suggests:1.u should get help from ur customer to get shipping space because i konw it is easy to be confirm by conn/ than shi/! 2.u should lost weight to 23MT.and yesterday we get a agreement to lost weight to 23MT. and during those time we have known  all vessel company  must  not allowe 24MT.and today 9.30am i get the booking confrimation from HPL and tell her the good news! and at the same tiime i told our container yard to prepare for it! all this seem like smooth.but at noon it is rain! my customer told me that she got another shipping sapce(allowed 24MT from COSSCO) from her customer but the freight is expensive $200 than mine(allowed 23MT). and the ending is guessed by u! i lost the booking! all i do is wasted! our yesterday agreement is end! she complain why i could not get a shipping space allowed 24MT from MSK.  i cann't know what i should say to her!

In April, I have lost two booking from two clients. And one is shared previous. And another is as follow: in April 13th I received a booking of CIF Rotterdam! It need be shipped before May 10th! So we confirmed the freight and prepared for booking! And I got a booking confirmation on April 25th (ETD: May 3rd) and happy to fax my client. But an accident happened.  On April 27th the ship company give us a notice of increasing freight 20%(about US$350 per TEU). Too higher to accepted! What should I do? And freight have been confirmed with my client before 15 days. Furthermore we have had a booking confirmation from ship company! And he told us to rise the price.US$350 per TEU is so higher. I booked two TEU! How to tell my client about freight increasing US$700. And last I lost my booking again! And is it my fault or other? But it is fortunate, my client cooperate again with me in June. All things unhappy have gone with the wind!

Firstly, I must tell everyone it is usual on wednesday as a rule to be given booking confirmation. But it is delayed to Friday!
