I think the trouble is that so many people are trying to sell without any 'real training' in sales. Buyers spend their life collecting and comparing prices but only buy, when someone SELLS to them. FOB Business Forum,Y"K!}/w#y-Q
In my humble opinion, too much hopes are pinned upon e-mail contact and MSN. Why don't sales people make telephone calls anymore? I know it cost more but it gives you the chance to sell.
