Help:How to express the sample freight is paid by customer.

Due to my Co. policy ,We are not allowed to pay the freight of samples  to the customers because we are a manufacturer. Some of the customers often requested us to send him samples, but they did't want to pay for the freight and told that they would pay it when   the contract was signed.how can I deal with it? I am freshman and hope anybody could help me.I also hope anyone who will write the sample reply for me.thanks!

you can tell your costomers about your company's policy. This is uaual practice of international trade. If they want to do serious business, they will pay.

Give you a suggestion

Sir, maybe my suggestion is late, you can show your policy to your customers, as the above floor said, if it's a sincere customers, he/she won't mind paying the fee of the express, he will understand you.www.fobshanghai.com(E4@0z2|2F
If not, I think it's not a valuable customers(Of couse not absolutely), so don't worry about the trouble like this, my previous boss said: Business is fair for the both side, don't underestimate yourself. Do you think so?FOB Business Forum B(G5e6S,k.D3C%a

hi guys. I think it depends. If you think it worth paying the express fee, why not? A small fee brings big order. The point is that you are sure that the customer is serious businessman.

But for new one, i prefer to send free sample (if small value) and freight collect or charge the sample fee (big cost) and freight collect.

i often said to my client that we supply the sample and catalogs for free ,but the freight should be paid by our client.  i think if he want to buy our goods ,he will pay for it.
