However, I think you can think in Chinese first, and then translate them into English, for the matters you don't know in English, you can refer to website, or ask for a favor from you colleagues. Then next time, you know what to express in English. Throughout the process of learning, if you often sum up what you have learnt and be active to think over all that, you will improve gradually and one day you may find that you have improved a lot.
