come on or change it

having been working for about five months in shanghai,I graduated this year in june. earlier march I came to shanghai with my classmate for searching a job here.one week later, I was admitted by the company i am working for.during the first two months, I went back to school twice which is located in hebei province. I serve as a document manager and searching client on net as well. during my first three months, I received five orders which consist of 11 containers'producds,and amount to 4 million,and there is one foreign client every week on average, now our company is preparing for the canton fair,and i will go for it too.but the salary is too little,i have no other extra  income. I thought to find a new job next year,but maybe i will be shy to speak out it because i learnd too much here, how about your suggestion?

thanks maybe you are right,experience is more important than money to me now,whenever one want to find a high-salary job, experience is an inevitable requirement, anyhow, I am gaining much of it here,

woo, I think you are excellent, maybe thay also think so. though you da so many orders after graduate, you can ask to increase the wage, or you can  choose to leave. The stated are just my suggestions!
