i can't agree with you more jupiter910.English certificate is just like a key when you looking for a job.In m y opinion , it's only a key . when i remembered that i was looking for my first job ,my boss didn't say my certificate ,he only asked me 'which level did you pass?" i answered :"only CET-4".Then asked me to read the article and he gave me some suggestion to rectificate them. After one month,he told me that english is just like a language tool.you should not only inprove yourself ,but also learn experience from the work.that is very important. though your have so much knowledge in the university ,you have not the ability to do this job ,that 's equal to zero. so don't care about the certificate .the society is very complicated.

You may tell the interviewer that your English is good enough to be a sales, but who knows...
