I think you had better see many English films as much as  possible. They will work. My listening English was poor. But now I think it's better. I saw one or two films evernight. Maybe you can have a try.

I find a particularly good website to download listening materials for free and very easily. It needn't register or some trivial things. The catogary is wide for selection. It also has some interesting topics, rather than boring news.'uty4]K
