it seems something wrong with the boss?

Now our boss is requireing us to decide whether we will stay here next year.

i think you must be careful ,if he not give you message for ever,you can stay there .but if he do some thing hurt ,you must quit quickly.

Don't   hesitant to leave this company immediately. Just like the above buddy said" you could study foreigh trade knowledges in the other company ,not only there" .
