  The suggestion is that you can send them when you have lauched the good products, or say best wishes when holiday,or you can say a simple sentence, such as "long time have no chatting", "how are you these days" and so on. All in all ,the aim is let them know you are still existed, and not forget you, then maybe when they are intent to purchase,it is possible for them to inquire you ;P
