i quite agree with you.one month ago, when i start my job, nobody told me how to do and should to do! and i just graduated from university!this condition make me feel sad, it is terrible. the only thing i can do is try my best to know the products and find information on the internet. now time is keep going, and i had win my status in my workmates according my hardworking! so for a freshman, do not hesitate to do sth, do not complain about others, become a people who smile an the ending!

if i were the green hand,I bet I would never got any time to surf on internet with ease,and complain that the others are not kind to you.I will be in the workshop and every department to learn how they produced the productst;as well as I will do some research about the standard(both domestic and international) of our products;furthermore, i will lose my face to ask for help from the old colleagues for the doubts, instead of waiting for someone telling you what to do.Appearntly,it is tough to be a green hand,I suppose every position is the same,the point is that you should be passionated to learn all the things standing before you,which will definitely shorten this period before you become a master.$Q^$X,p$n6nl!L_'b,X
