how fast does your factory response?

My present job  is my first one and the factory is the first one i worked. yX0F ZkR0W

During my work ,most is making dummy(打白样)，some of the dummies are handwork.Then i can instruct the related department do that . This situation is ok and i should contact one department,they can do better. But,if the client request the dummy should UV varnish, or PP, or OPP ,die cut,like these finishing ,i should input some information to the ERP System, and fill a contat letter to Project Department. My colleague will arrange the production according the requestment. If everything goes as the "should" way ,i will be more free.  The problem is the making requestment could be changed  without any inform. The result is seeing . For the uninformed change, the following produce can not be continue. So i have to do this from the first step.I think staff's  sense of responsibility is not very strong.

There are some other problems i come accross which made me puzzled! The same thing different departments have different opinion ,sometimes they are opposition. Maybe the managent is abnormal now.+L d:J yEQ+B,P

the point will be never changed,where the boss always is the king of the company instead of rulls,which will be impossible to slove the problem totally.

hehe, i amnot familiar with the procedure of the factory, because i just worked at factory for two weeks, there is so many i should learn.
