I will lose a big customer

After I got the Purchase Order from the customer,I translate everything,and then send it to my boss,my manager and to the technician.

Obviously,it is a tough event to deal with,anyway,i'd like to give you some advice:

2.Talk with the client again,tell him the situation of your part honestly,and then tell him the discount you can give him,a bit less than the boss gave you. Nt%U"a3p&H0c
3.In fact, the methord is a case for cimpensation,the only difference is that you have not delivery the goods as well as not receive the money,either.

a.find new buyer for the goods

Alexnee,thanks very much for your advise.I have talked to my boss,but he never do this,he just want to cheat the customer,and get the payment. What a pity.

There is no reason for your boss to do that,i bet he will taste the bitter fruit if he does what you said.The situation is getting worse,i even can expect the result what will be happened the next.
-x~4bB1oq.i`7J 1.The client paid the money before he realized he is cheated. He will ask for high compensation,usual over the total amount.You may say it is bottom line you never do business after that.
wd'nX&Z6NGD You are long,the client can choose another way and turn to the court for arbitragtion which is really a tough thing to deal with,even if you win the game,but you guys will be exthausted.

us ~&y:pe H1cg%U You are right,I think that the customer will take us to the court.I am so worried about this.Sometimes,I really expected this happened.Then my boss will know what is international business.He must take the responsibility.As he has cheated for times,many of our products were different standard as the samples.I got the information just now.Because the customer need SGS report,my boss send a good quality material to SGS,but for the goods,we used low standard material!.|$t4?2V/T&M&f+[

Also,he always says that we has lillte profit,we have lost money and so on.But when I checked with our technician,he told me that we have earened much money.Even RMB1000/pc:(

it's his business for the profit,not the excuse for taking the obligation in his mistake in this order.G+VJx$z$a uq
By the way, profit is not calculated as the technician did, he usally cover the cost of products only, not including the taxes,as well as the management charges of your company.
