feel so bad these days

These days i feel so sad, coz there is a problem about my work. The goods have arrived at the customer's port for some time, but we still haven't received his payment. He sent me the bank receipt of the payment, but after several days, it hasn't been on our account. I almost send email to him everyday, and i doubt the goods have been taken by him, but now i still can't confirm it. I asked the forwarder, but she can't give me an answer, she said she contacted the foreign agent, but no one replied her. Coz this is my first order, many things i don't know, i don't know what is the result. If the goods have been taken by the customer, what should i do? Am i so unlucky? And these two days very hot, but the boss cewek didn't turn on the electric fan, let alone the air-conditioner. So stingy. Another question, we can't make an international call, so i have nothing to do but to wait, wait the customer answers my email, wait the foreign agent tells me whehter the goods have been taken or not. At that time after receiving 30% deposit(In fact, the payment in PI is 100% T/T in advance), it is the boss cewek that agrees to product, but now she says she doesn't know the payment is 100% T/T in advance. How cannot she knows? Only pass the buck. Of course, it is my fault now, i'm the green hand. Everything that refers to money is very...What's more, she is a person who takes money so seriously.

take it easy,it usually takes around 7 days before you received the money.Just wait.

We have waited for a lont time, but there is no money on our account. He said the bank had a mistake, they were waiting the refund money to give us back, but i don't know if he is perfunctory. The main problem now is that we don't know how are the goods.

Anyway,which is the delivery turm,FOB or CIF/CNF...have you send out the B/L?

FOB, and the forwarder is appionted by the customer. I haven't sent out B/L, but i guess if the goods have been taken, it shows B/L is useless.

1.It is typical for FOB,that the buyer appointed appointed the carrier and forwardor.

3.If you keep the B/L on hand and the goods stay on the port not more than a period(the goods will be in public sell if the goods is not taken in 3 months with pay the demurrage charge.)you are still the owner of the goods,it is illegal to take the good with out B/L,of course,it is possible that the forwardor  let the goods taken by the client,but he has the responsibility to ask the buyer pay money to the seller,otherwise he will get trouble to himself,you may protect your right via the law.vB}vcZq
4.The worst thing, a.if the buyer take the goods without paid,you should give the pressure to the forwardor immediately(you may check the container information via the shipping company website,with the vessel no and voyage no),and ask for your rights through via the law if it doesn't work

yC Ov~ .b.the worst situation is that the client suddently do not need the good any more,with legal reasons,such as the goods delivery delay, the goods is not the one he ordered,bad quality... in such way, I have to say you are in fraud,and you must take the bitter friut to choose TT as the payment...the following things is every every difficult to conduct,of course,your company will lose money.Anyway,i don't think it is possible,but there is a lesson for you.if you choose TT as payment in foreign trade,it is necessary for you to ask for at least 10% deposit,of course,the trusted and old clients may be not necessary.
