I'd liket to share  the event in our city,that CCIB(Chinsese central inspection bureau) published a new principle,which every model with different circuit should be tested very year,which means for electrical goods,every model should sent for test in two specification 220-240V 50Hz/110-120V 60Hz,the factories should pay 1500yuan/1900yuan for each test, the test usual lasts 15 work days,it is not allowed to delivery the goods except the first time.you can image how terrible for the factories,if he has 20 models(in fact,most factories has much more than 20 models),he should pay at least 20x2x1500=60,000 money on the test.What's the worse,it totally affect the step of good delivery,in fact, many factory has mountains of goods and put where it has space,which,of course,make the factories in totally trouble,especailly for such difficult period."
