I am wondering why there is a brazil business forum here? why not africa business forum here? why not russia business forum here? why not Chile business forum here? .....so is there anything particular in Brazil market?

I browsed some articles here to find out that it is hard to explore Brazil market for their restrict import procedures, so is it necessary for us to develop the market? how to develop this market?

e.g: i can not accept b/l with telex release.
