what is your ideal job? Do you satisfy with your current job?

today i am totally wondering about my job all the more than everyday.:(

@$q       why i worked in this company which only have less than 30 emplyees and two vacant workshops only with fewer machines? And also working in this small office without electric-fan or air-condition, even has no water to drink during the working time and off working time. More over, the dormitory has no shower room and laundry rack. Further more, the awful meals that our mess hall provides at midday.. :Q ........so many bad things i have to face and deal with the problems!!!! I almost can't bear it. B(K y!X` J3w~~k
     when thinking about them all, i have no passion to work! I think that  i will become crazy and can not stir up the person's work enthusiasm as every employees here. why i work in this company where for us  couldn't have an development opportunity because of the boss?:Q Everyday we work just like a robot._9?X7m&SEL c1D
     About five years ago when i was just come into the university, and dreamed one day i would working in the beautiful office and had a good salary. But now my dream was totally broken and i almost had no confidence to find another job because i doubted that my working capbility now.&Ec#j,u0yP;u{

Maybe i can find another job, but i am not sure  the one that could be better than the current job.:L  This company not only give us the bad working environment but also lost our the sense of trust.

Maybe you can find a new one because the salary is higher and the environment is better

     As you  say "when we try ask something from others,we've to ask ourselves first:what we can do for him/her..." In fact, i have asked this question myself several times. However, you know, i ever requested my boss for more advance development on the job but he did not give me any chance. Maybe he thought one day we will betray him~~~~~He even does not know that it is one of the most improtant things to develop the sense of trust among the employees.
zds%DV K3JV8x E       Probably I will quite my job one second thoughts at the end of this year. Whatever the new job is better or not, i will try my best to find another one. Removing to another place and finding another job will make me feel better. I have to strive for my new future!

There are always some problems may not satisfied us in every companies. Totally understand the difficult situation and feeling at such an environment, anyway, do your best to work hard and preparing well for next better one...If lack of confidence then do something to try to find back your confidence. %f2kXqM*uZ D

When you are not happy with your present job and seems that your boss is someone who can not communicate with,if your team can not fully trust you , that means you've got to work harder to prove yourself,there is also another way,go and get yourself a better job...

There is no perfect job .Work is boring ,you need to learn .
