try to entern you e-mail on the website,don't use the outlook or other mail software.so you can see what the  problem is ? if you can use your e_mail on the website ,the problem is on your mail software.if you can't the problems is on you mail server--the website.you must to judge what  the problems is .maybe find a computer engineer to check it is very good .

maybe you have no enough space to receive more emails. you can log in your email account from website and find out that is there any space available. deleting all the junk email.then try it again
