I reply the customers' inquiry shortly, and expecting to receive reply from customers, but there is no reply from the customers, what is the matter?? can anybody tell me what is my problem?

It is very common not receive reply from customer. Don't feel strange but keep sending email after several days.

i will send him e-mail again after 7days if the customer didn't reply my first e-mail. i have to give up if he don't reply my second e-mail.

it is a common affair. Infact most people dot not want to waste their time to reply you if they are not interested in doing business with you.
