Want to tell you sth about my boss.......

[font=Times New Roman][color=Purple][size=4][size=5]It is not easy for me to catch a customer, especially a friendly one. He put one big order(as to me) with the total amount350000RMB,but:') my boss shouted at my customer when they talked about the payment terms. After their call, my customer told me that your boss is an awful one even can't bear his speaking way. OH,my god!:Q Will I lose my customer? :') :')[/size][/size][/color][/font]

What a big fish ! :lol    When your customer decide to place so big order to you, he has trust you and wanna be working with you , you should catch it firmly. but I am wondering that you never discuss or involve in the payment term while communication .G@!y4[z-S'r%a/\B

One of my customer said they dont want to see our boss at all,they just regard me as the boss:L cuz all his business in our company are controlled by me..

But My boss sticks on after our accountant checked the balance has reached our account, then we can delivery the goods.:Q[/size][/font][/color][color=Purple][font=Times New Roman][size=5]while the goods are very urgent, my customer told me. just a little danger and if you send the goods to the customer's factory and they donnt pay for it and how do you do ?

I think payment term is more importent, especially for your initial order.

If  the balance payment will be arranged after you deliver the goods to their factory, it will be risky . Maybe your boss is right, but he should be more polite or in an reasonable way to discuss the payment term with the customer, I think the customer will understand the situation if he really want to buy your goods.

again, service is very important

price is important, but service more important,  your boss is lower quality, can ont shout at cusotmer even you know him very well, only he is our husband, then you can shout, otherwise can ont shout .'sp1|W't,c

Nl BI)g,ov8As7o if payment terms is not good, can talk politely. then can give good and friendly impression to cusotmer. mabye he cna come to you next time.
