who help me

yesterday,one customer ask me to send the image of our product  for him.  and i do. our product has litter different  with the customer's sample  only in colour. for our products,the colour is not important,but the customer  don't  think so ,the  other problem is that we can't find the material which colour same as the customer's.  how can i do ,help me?i don't want to lose my custmer

just do exactly as your customer asked.

you can try to explain to your buyer that the color does no effect on the function of the products

As your words color is not important for your products, but please note, your buyers can't agree it always, the reason i say it since we don't know clearly about our customers requirements, so how can we say that the color is not important for your customers?

is  paper. i  try my best to  explained the color's problem  to our customer,now waiting for his message.
