combined with fax and  email.Which one is more useful.Is that OK to send customer fax directly

well, please get informed that there is a cost by fax.

by fax costs us to much,I think email is the best choice for us at the begaining of business,we should try to get in touch with the buyers,and call them is necessary if there is no responce from them,that we can get the information from customer directly.

I also think  the way  which the mail combines with the fax is the best. However, after I have sent the fax, the customer has not replied me. I will insist on!

I would like to call them directly, it is a best way for us to do b2b..
