how to start a business talk

I have a customer from Ukraine ,but when i want to have a talk to her ,she usually  pays no attention to me .what should i do ! who   can  tell me how to start a  business talk ? Many thanks !

Don't always want to talk business with customer,you may can talk some others with them & release your relationship~
