What Can I Do?

I received an order on March, a client from South Africa, who also visited our factory before. But she only place an very small order, and as payment, she said that TT 100%before shipment, we trusted her, so we acceptted and made production without any deposit.  But now, the goods are ready for more than one month, she still haven't paid the money ! I write to her and ask her to arrange payment then we can make shipment, but it seems that no news from her, i am so sad ~~ If she wont to pay for it, then what can i do ??

Well,you are lucky that she only place a very small order,if the products are not very special,you may can sell them to some other customers which as Bacon said to decrease the lose.E9x3PXQy~6M)H

Not only for new customer,even the old customer,that would be better to produce upon the deposit,or handle by LC.

please pay more attantion to the Afria clinets. I don't look them down. But they are the most unbelivable clinets among other countries . As to me , any enquiry from Afrian I just ignore. well I can't deny that one of the reason is our goods.:L:D

The ideas above are very good.try the best to connect the client by telephone ask the reasons and look for other buyers.

now, you need try your best to discuss with your client and let him pay the payment.
