What will you do when someone ask for catalogue and price?

[color=Purple][size=5]Up to now, I have got a few inquiries just asking for our catalogue and prices. Well, as a newsales, I felt so excited and replyed to these enquires immediately. However, no response came to me. So I was disppointed.

$\A7D[ c$M gJth As time goes by, I got some experience on these points. If someone ask me only for catalogue and prices, or just for prices, I will send some information of our company. If I get a reply , I will proceed with more details for someone[/size].[/color][/b]

When i meet this situation , i always send them our E-catalogue . or Product list with price . :)

We have many items, so it will be impossible for us to give them all the quotation unless they have selected some items.Z+P\V/~
For cata. ,if the client have some evidence to place order, we will send the cata. . if not possible, we will ask them to visit our website.:)

for the  new customer,i always send e-catalogue.if  he reply me ,i send  price.for the old  customer,send  price  immediately

If I met such a situation, I agree send  the directory  to customers, but customers must pay mailing costs.

usually I invite the client to visit our website and look through our E-catalog, if they select the item, i will offer the best price. Sometimes when a client is asking for a catalog or pricelist, maybe he only wanna compare the price or search the potential supplier, anyway, never give up!

often I will give him our price list ,and tell him it is general price, and ask him give me detail, I will give him a firm quotation. sometimes I will choose a competitive model and offer low price to attract client. GyCWXDNywJ3C

i believe it is not so difficult to distinguish the true customer. if yes. just send catalogue, and send them the quote if the customer has enquiry.

I received such inquiry these days, I sent the catalog without price list and ask for providing more details if the guy is honest buyer

how to express my feeling

At first, price and product shape are more important than quality, i think so when deal with some dealers from certain countries. There is a impression on many foreigners that Chinese products are known first as lower price then as lower price, someone even don't care much the quality. What  a pity! Waste our local resources!

when i met this situation, i will send our product list to them and ask them to check if any of the item interested them
o ReB#M?u/W maybe sometime they will ask me to give all prices about the products to them, then i will ask them to check our website or the product list, and give me the items they interested in , then i give the price list to them,

If the customers ask pricies for special , I will quote them;if they ask all our products prices, I only send the e-catalogue to them,then quote them when they select some items they really need.

I will e-mail them our catalogue and pricelist soon,meanwhile try my best to get more info abt them,sunch as the contact manner.and a few days later,i will give them a call to remind them or ask for their response.
