The value of the goods only $108, totally 31kg, the client locates in USA,cpmparing with many courier,

  But $425--$640 for 31kg to USA, I think it's very expensive, If you change into by DHL , it's abut USD260,not exceed USD300.   It's  proposal to deal that tell the truth to your client, and ask if the payment of USD108 is for sample fee ? I think your client will reply soon as it involved in money :lol
