Letter of Introduction for applying business visa

[size=4]our boss made an appointment with United States Embassy and Consulates to have an interview on May,12th, he checked with VISA information center and noted that he still missed the introduction letter among those required documents, so the boss asked me to write the introduction letter for him, but i have no idea. i searched lots of information on baidu.com and got some messages for reference, as below i attach the introduction letter and pls give me some advices if possible.

Just listing detailed information and the situation is ok, in my idea. Yours is good
