How to get reply from customer?

I think when you got some important issues, you write to your customer, generally speaking he will reply.
A7D$[/T3Ix If you don't konw your customer very well and he either don't know you very well. It is common he don't reply you. espacially for the first time you send him emails.

Maybe you can study his website carefully and know his products well, then you can make concrete offer to him, if he has interest he will reply you or ask his agent to contact you.

Understand your client's need, and keep on writing to him after some days. If you are persistent, you will make it.

this is very common for all saless!  Donot worry. and why they seldom reply concerns a series of factors. When they need product,they would be active to send you email some time.
