How to get reply from customer?

I think when you got some important issues, you write to your customer, generally speaking he will reply.

If you don't konw your customer very well and he either don't know you very well. It is common he don't reply you. espacially for the first time you send him emails.

Maybe you can study his website carefully and know his products well, then you can make concrete offer to him, if he has interest he will reply you or ask his agent to contact you.
