This question really bothers me. Some customers have no replies after we send them the details,catalogues or price. My manager and other sales suggest that I should send greeting emails to them days later. But what should the greeting emails include? Including the weather? important matters? new catalogues?.......i'L4A`{ v)b

Maybe this is a good idea. But to be honest, I always feel that it may bother the customers if we send something nothing to do with his business. Also I don't know how to write such greeting emails. I think it'll be a little simple and not professional to send an email just about weather or domestic matters....sAa(_

Just ask them how is his feeling towards your products directly like how do you think of the price,the design,if have any special requires just feel free to let you know,you can add some greeting words at the beginning of the email of course like "how is everything with you" or some others.
