solved already...a dad-burned rejected to pay freight
several weeks ago, i sent some samples to a US buyer in two parcels. at the beginning, he didn't agree to pay freight and wrote to me as following: I don't pay for sample courier. Hope you understand, I receieve too many sample every day to be able to pay for them. As the buyer I don't pay for courier. I pay for courier when I send samples to my clients. fyi, I don't mind sending samples back to you if I do not sell them.

for the freight disagreement, i gave up my idea to develop business with him, some days later, i sent him some pics of samples from our new collection in a mail group list, and received his feedback soon. after talking with him seriously, he agreed to pay the freight, and i promised to return the freight in grand total once any order would be placed, i sent out some samples to him via his TNT account no. whereafter. last week, i heard the comments from him to say that our designs are not marketable for him and he would inform me if there is any furture chance. 6ve
