Now I feel the life is so difficult,the supplier offered me the bad sample,and it took a long time before the sample.And my customer pressed me everyday,I don't know when it will be over.Everyday I live with the anxious,what can I do?!

one of my client sent me a piece of PS sheet to make out whether we can product it.  In fact we're only a screen printer not a raw material producter(various boards such as PS sheet).   She asked us whether we have the same PS sheet as hers sample.  We said we can ask someone to product out a PS sheet exactly as what she send to us.   However it takes us a long time to get a sample from our supplier.  It leads to My client can't help to ask when she can get a sample at all time...)tZ&o9T;Q)J

As far as trading company's concerned, it is normal problem with it.

I'm glad to help you!

I also encountered  the same problem as you, the suppliers take long time to offer me and give me the bad sample. Subsequently the customer will not accept the sample and the prices. They think our efficiency is  low and they won't take long time to wait for our offer and the samples. It is so disappointed for me.:')

in fact,our company is also a middleman.we have no own factory and no raw material .we get the reqired samples from the buyer then we checked with the suitable fatory that if they have enough time to do it and can send us the samples.we can advise the buyer about the sending date ,if the buyer think the sending date is very late,they can telll me about it and advise us the latest sending date.at the same time,we can recheck with the factory if they can advance the sending date.finally,if yes, we can happily tell the buyer ;if not,we can advise the buyer the reason for late sending date. if the condition is true,we think the buyer can accept it.

No matter export company or manufacture factory, do have such-and-such problems. For could not find the proper supplier or could not find the importer. But at least we could not complain on it every day, whereas we have to find the best way to solve it. So do not lose hope so earsily...

just try your best, to find a way to solve the problem. dont just worry. is meaningless!

I  fulluy agree with the opinion of the 4TH floor.

As a employee in export company,I meet diffrent problems every day,and pressed by client.But I don't feel very worry for her words,Because I think she is help me to improve and I can finish my work more smoothly with her help.
