How to apply for BIVAC?

I am operating L/C now.My goods will export to Bangladesh.

qU ^S%cd-O:~w"u$Cp I have L/C in my handled now.I checked the L/C,it is same as before.But in the additional terms,this time,the goods must be inspected by BIVAC before shipment.)Kf4Gop;`Wm5|+K
