[2008] The more expectation, the more dissapointment.

}5CPdI      I have working as Foreigh trade Salesman just over 1year.and during the past year??s time.i have also see and deal many events within the working;I found that it is so necessary to write my experience here,and then welcome my FOB friend to discuss and share together~;

     About 102th canton-fair last year,I have received a customer from Iran-republic-country.and very lucky after one month conversation and discussion,we have got two-20feet contaienrs from theirs;.we think that he is a so kind-hearted client and he also say will place 10other containers to our facotry then;
J0b!z$M3Uh      In fact.we think he is so big customer in our factory if he can keep promise in the end;so at that time,all my workmates was very excited or even all our company;
2\,X-P$| YW/F      As our products is so special in Iran Markets,it is need Test V.O.C before loading;it is like the obstacle. At that time.because of the inspector wrong guiding us for the testing;in the end we do not get the V.O.C test-report on client??s time;and delay ship goods near recently;
ag;Ng(P*m:KI      Unexpected,clients a little angry and lose heart for our company;although we have explain to them the reasons and all the ways we are trying for them;they begin considerate us one more time,but it is exactly not the same altitude before;;e%b}eC?

     For our Payment Terms,we accept the TT,sure we have received 25%deposite already,and we have loading the 2*20feet containers,until today we have not received the Balance payment..Clients faxed the Bank-receipt but we are really can not received !we are really do not know why and what happened at this time!;p,W"?(h'qOi:N
Of course,now it is impossible to get more orders from this customer??s/it is only like the story happened in my memory and forever;x MXu} F&^/??%Fc
     But for me,I want to say:in the foreign business-trade.there is exsist many many uncertainly,and unexpected.!althrough some time,your clients like your brother have conversation with you,but in fact,customer is really not the same as your family,Profits is the most important thing between both! aB0l+HlHd4q

Yes, there are lots of uncertain and unexpected factors in business , so we need do our best to do it , especially for every elements, such as , price term , payment term , delivery time,commodity quality, etc although we cannot control all . .u7kw z'[q
