)m w0i*Mb-J:V         Under "F.O.B." or "free on board," the goods are placed on board of the ship by the seller at a port of shipment named in the sales agreement. The risk of loss of or damage to the goods is transferred to the buyer when the goods pass the ship's rail (i.e., off the dock and placed on the ship).

"CIF" is CFR. with the additional requirement that the seller procure transport insurance against the risk of loss or damage to goods. The seller must contract with the insurer and pay the insurance premium. Insurance is generally more important in international shipping than domestic shipping, because U.S. laws generally hold a common carrier to be liable for lost or damaged goods.;YaT#Y1m2wMFSu

4s2l\-Jwza nn/[b This term thus represents the minimum obligation for the seller, and tile buyer has to bear all costs and risks involved m taking the goods from the seller's premises.
B{#z1\B+HF #A)o%CGK7E
However, if the parties wish the seller to be responsible for the loading of the goods on departure and to bear the risks and all the costs of such loading, this should be made clear by adding explicit wording to this effect in the contract of sale1. This term should not be used when the buyer cannot carry out the export formalities directly or indirectly. In such circumstances, the FCA term should be used, provided the seller agrees that he will load at his cost and risk.

K fgL$hI0X/{4h'@   (1)A Commercial Invoice is used when dutiable (typically non document) goods are shipped internationally.  The invoice should be completed on the shipper's company stationery in the English language, must contain the shipper's company complete address, telephone number and fax, and be signed by the shipper or its agent. An accurate and complete description of goods is necessary for Customs purposes. If the receiver/consignee is different from the importer/buyer, it should be noted on the invoice. The original commercial invoice, one copy attached to the shipment paperwork, and one copy attached to the shipment are required. A Commercial Invoice typically is required on Worldwide Parcel Express shipments (WPX).  8
