I got this customer??s enquiry from tradekey website and he said he was very interested in our products and hoped me to give him a favored price. In fact, the product he enquired is the product I have dealt with before and I know that product very well, so I gave him a detailed reply about the specification and how to use that product at once, my work gave him a deep impression. The next day he replied to me and asked if I could give him some discount.
