What is your company's sample policy?

In my present company,we paid the freight and sample cost both by ourself

It depends. Generally, pay on delivery for free samples

for old clients, free on samples and  charge the freight

If your company larger than you can pay much more, go ahead!

Our company shall charge the sample fee less and the freight to be collected by buyer .

I think it depends on the samples value, if value is high, sample fee is charged by customers.ejB ~wZT
In our company, our products are fitness equipment, which value is very high, so sample fee and freight are both charged by customers.
