Our company has Alibaba??s platform.Every day,our manager can get some inquiries from the platform automatically.And then,she will distribute those inquires to us.As I was a rookie in this field at that time,our manager usually didn??t dare to distribute important inquiries to me.

On one day of December,I received this Australian customer??s inquiry from my manager.In his inquiry,the products he need are not what we can produce.But I still gave him a formal reply immediately.To my surprise,he sent me another email,it said ?¡ãCould you offer us your website??¡ÀI said?¡Àof couse?¡À,and sent our website and some other information about our company to him.

[size=5][color=Green]At last,I decided to have a try and had prepared to expect shockbacks.I said after we received his samples we will offer him our best price.But again,in the following days,we didn??t get any samples from his colleague in China.I started to contact my Australian customer,and send him emails and messages.But It seemed he wasn??t willing to send us samples.He said many suppliers in China said they can produce what he need,but after he sent his products to them..They said they could not produce,those suppliers were wasting his time and money.I said?¡ÀPlease give us a chance,we will do our best to provide what you need.?¡ÀAt last,he was persuaded to promise to send us the samples he have.
