my foreign career

I have been in my position for half a year,but still feel everything I did seemed in vain.I am a optimistic and open-minded man,but sometimes I feel I am always doing some useless things,even though I am always trying my best to do everything well.my last job is about pesticide,when Iam still a student,the boss did not give me a definate positon about what I should do,searching the customer information is my only task and I even do not know what else I can do.fortunately,through my personal efforts,I have accumulated some internatioal trade knowledge that did not get from university books.without others leading,I find it is difficult to develop ourselves.maybe it needs a long time.when I leave my first company,I do not know the real reason,I just feel that it is not my place,maybe I do not belong there.so as I go there gently,I leave gently too.there are two bosses in the company,one is our ceo and the other is his wife.but the ceo does not hold the real power.in addition,there are altogether six people in the company,in a poor room difficult to describe.I swear that I  never seen such poor room,never.and my salary is 800rmb each month.so leaving there seems reasonable.continue..............

i have been worked for more than 2 years in other fileds, now i just began my new work in foreign trading field, my salary is 800rmb, less than the ordinary workers in our factory since they have free dorms and free dinners, i dont have free food in this company, but i just want to learn this business now:L

Every beginning is difficult. What u did and what u have been experienced could be some wealth for your tomorrow. Try to learn more and if the company can't give u such an experiencing platform. Just leave it! Otherwise, work hard... You're young

Learning is first,money is second. After that, money is first.hehe:lol

After reading your post , i really have the same feeling as you . :)  I had worded in this company for one and a half years , i learned the foreign trade knowledge from my leaders and colleagues , but i fell rather depressive . I need a new platform to improve my ability . Hence , i will search a new job. :)  My leader told me that she didn't agree ,but how does she know my feelings ? hehe ... Just coz the poor room,u want to leave? How about ur current work? In my opinion, if u cannt get any benefits from ur current job,then leave.get better job,first have to improve yourself.

learning is the most  important thing the nwer should do , but how long depend on yourself and what you are learning , the level you want to reach.

i have 2years experience in sales assisitant,and i got a offer from a bigger company,the sallery is about 3500/m and free dorm,but i am struggling now,7W4S[oa/C/|
