i will answer your last question for the first 3 questions have been answered by other friends

if the goods is palletized,it will be safer.of course you need to pay extra money on it
h v n/z*S H when the goods is exported to very far countries,the customers will often ask us to do that

In paper industry, ream is a unit of volume, I have been heard about it, but since I have not exported the goods as palletized.
