For more, I think it is good to make a documentary file on the clients all the information refered and the process of the production.

A profession quotation list includes many points,to make them simply:

Simple, clear and in time

Sometimes, clients will ask for more information by a list like below:

But I always reply him very simplily at the first email. If he's a potential client, i think he/she will reply me for more point. Otherwise, i'm lazy to reply all details for every email.

What's more, lots of your real customers do know the main information about the product, so it is no need to offer all details at the beginning, we can deal with more in the near future if he/she really want to do business with u. And sometimes, i feel that they're all business people, so that some of them are busier than us. ..

It's nice to read the detail info about the quotation. I have little experience in quotation and I must to learn more from all of you.

I think the quotation should be simple, quick and should contain the shipping rule, payment term ,packing term and lead time as well.

Besides , I think the logo of company is also an important part of an quotation. :lol
